Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened milk    

  • ¾ cup egg substitute

  • ½ cup fresh lime juice        

  • 2 teaspoons grated lime rind

  • 6 ounces graham cracker crust

  • 8 ounces whipped topping

  • garnishes: lime wedges, lime curls

Directions

  1. Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. 

  2. Pour mixture into piecrust. 

  3. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until golden. 

  4. Let pie cool completely, and top with whipped topping.  Garnish, if desired.
