Easy Hot Wings
Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings, flats only

2 tablespoons LAWHORN Seasoning
-
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
-
1 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
-
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
-
4 tablespoon honey
-
3 quarts canola oil

Directions

Sprinkle seasonings generously over chicken; stir to mix well.

Heat oil to 300º.

Drop wings into hot oil, a little at a time;

Cook 10-12 minutes or until done; drain chicken on flat pan on paper towels.

In a small saucepan, mix together hot sauce, butter and honey; heat on medium-low; set aside.

Place a few wings in a large bowl. Pour sauce mixture over chicken; stir to coat the wings evenly.

Remove wings from bowl and place on platter.

Repeat sauce steps with the remaining wings. Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
