Barbecue Meatballs
Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

¾ cups plain breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon dried parsley

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 egg, beaten
-
½ cup onions, chopped
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
1 bottle barbecue sauce (Kraft)
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet.

Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce in bowl; mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls.

Pour barbecue sauce in a large pot; add meatballs and cook on simmer for 30 minutes until meatballs are tender.

When meatballs are done, serve on a platter.
