Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients
Shrimp:
-
3 quarts water
-
5 whole peppercorns
-
3 tablespoons OLD BAY Seasoning
-
1 lemon, sliced
-
1 bay leaf
-
3 pounds fresh large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on)

Sauce:
-
1 cup chili sauce
-
2 tablespoons lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
-
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
Dash cayenne pepper
Directions
Shrimp:
-
Combine water, peppercorns, old bay seasoning, half of the lemon and the bay leaf. Bring liquid to a boil.

Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes until shrimp turns pink.

Drain shrimp and rinse with cold water to cool; pour shrimp in bowl and set in refrigerator.

Cocktail Sauce:
-
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl; stir to mix well.
-
Refrigerate to keep cool.
