Southern Peach Cobbler
Ingredients

¼ cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon plus 2/3 cups baking mix

4 cups sliced & peeled fresh peaches

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup granulated sugar

4 tablespoons light brown sugar

2 tablespoons whole milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°. In 1-quart shallow casserole, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon.

In medium bowl, mix remaining baking mix with brown sugar.

Cut in butter until mixture is pea sized.

Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls onto peaches.

Bake 30 minutes; Let stand 5 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
