Ham & Cheese Panini
Ingredients

8 ounces cooked ham, thinly sliced

8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
-
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-
6 tablespoons soft butter, optional
-
Bread
-
8 center slices Sourdough Bread, or your favorite panini bread

Directions

Heat an electric panini griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

Spread butter on one side of bread and place on griddle, buttered side down.

add mustard to face up side of bread and build sandwich; place ham and cheese on mustard.

Spread butter on the other slice of the bread, then close the griddle or cover the pan with a lid.

Toast the sandwich for 3 to 5 minutes on one side, flip it over, and toast for another 3 to 5 minutes until it's as golden as you like. Remove from the pan, and serve warm
