Baked Lemon Pie
Ingredients

9” graham cracker crust

3large egg yolks
-
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

½ cup lemon juice
-
2 drops yellow food coloring
-
2 cup whipped topping
-
1 lemon, sliced thinly
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.

In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lemon juice and food coloring.

Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust and bake 30 minutes.

Cool; chill and spread with whipped topping; garnish with lemon slices.
