Baked Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 9” graham cracker crust

  • 3large egg yolks

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • 2 drops yellow food coloring

  • 2 cup whipped topping

  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. 

  2. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lemon juice and food coloring. 

  3. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust and bake 30 minutes. 

  4. Cool; chill and spread with whipped topping; garnish with lemon slices.
