Fried Flounder Fillets
Ingredients

5 pounds flounder fillets
-
4 quarts canola oil
-
1 pound AUTRY MILL seafood mix
-
2 teaspoons salt
-
2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions
-
Heat the oil to approximately 275°.
-
Season fish with salt and pepper on both sides.
-
Dip in seafood mix to coat well.
-
Drop fish in hot grease one at time. Cook for 7-8 minutes; drain on paper towels.
