Skillet Zucchini & Yellow Squash
Ingredients

5 yellow squash, sliced
-
5 zucchini, sliced
-
1 large onions, sliced
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
-
2 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
-
Wash zucchini and squash; drain in colander.

Melt butter in large skillet; add bacon grease and let heat up.

Add squash and zucchini to heat butter mixture.
-
Season well with salt and pepper; stir well, cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes;
-
add onions and continue stirring often.
-
Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
