Summer Peach Tea Punch

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water                        

  • 3 large LIPTON black tea bags

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves            

  • 33.8 ounces peach nectar

  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade, thawed        

  • ½  cup simple syrup sugar*

  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled            

  • 1 liter club soda, chilled

  • 1 whole orange, sliced 

  • Use Simple Sugar Syrup recipe

  • fresh mint leaves, optional

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add tea bags and mint leaves.  

  2. Boil tea for 2 minute; remove from heat; cover and steep 10 minutes.  Remove and discard tea bags and mint leaves.  

  3. Pour tea into a 1-gallon pitcher; add peach nectar, lemonade and simple sugar syrup.  Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.  

  4. Pour chilled tea mixture into a punch bowl.  Stir in ginger ale and club soda.

  5. Add the orange slices.
