French Toast
Ingredients

3 large eggs
-
2 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup whole milk or heavy cream

6 slices of Brioche
-
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
-
½ cup maple syrup
-
powdered sugar for dusting
-
½ cup fresh blueberries or strawberries

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon; stir in milk/cream.

Pour the milk mixture into a separate bowl; place slices of bread into the mixture; turn over to coat both sides.

Coat griddle with butter; let melt. Cook bread on medium heat until browned on both sides.

Place on plate and add a slice of butter and drizzle with syrup; sprinkle powdered sugar.

Top French toast with a fresh berries.
