Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients

10 red potatoes, halved

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
-
Place potatoes on flat pan lined with foil; drizzle with olive oil.

Add garlic, salt and black pepper; mix well.
-
Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes.
-
Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
-
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley.
