Fried Pork Chops
Ingredients

8 thin pork chops

2 cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 cups canola oil

Directions

Clean pork chops and pat dry with paper towels.

Mix all the spices together in a small bowl. Pour half of the spices in a separate bowl with the flour.

Season both sides of the pork chops then dredge in flour mixture, coating well.

Heat oil in a large skillet to 325 degrees. Place chops in hot oil and cook 5-7 minutes on one side; turn over and cook 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on a wire rack to keep the chops crispy; cook the remaining pork chops.
