Chicken Soft Tacos
Ingredients

8 flour tortillas

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 cups tomato, chopped

1 cup onion, chopped
-
1 green bell pepper, chopped

4 cups cooked chicken, shredded

½ teaspoon thyme
-
½ teaspoon cumin
-
1 teaspoon chili powder
-
¾ cups chicken broth
-
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions

​Wrap tortillas with foil and place in oven on a low temperature to keep warm until ready to use.

Heat oil in skillet; add tomatoes, onions, and peppers; heat for 3 minutes.

Stir in chicken, thyme, cumin, chili powder and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.​

Fill warm tortillas with chicken mixture and serve.
