Southern Sweet Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 large LUZIANNE Black Tea Bags    

  • 6 cups cold water

  • 1 cup simple sugar syrup                

  • 1 whole lemon, sliced

Directions

  1. Bring cold water to a boil in a large stock pot; add tea bags.  

  2. boil 10 minutes on medium-high; remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes.  

  3. Pour brewed tea into pitcher; add sugar syrup; stir to mix well.

  4. Pour in more cold water, about 3 cups; continue stirring.  

  5. Add lemon slices; cool in refrigerator.
