Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

3 cans tuna (in water), drained                                 

5 boiled eggs, finely chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise                                  

1/4 cup sweet relish

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pour tuna into a large bowl, chop tuna into smaller pieces.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.  

  3. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.  

 

Serving suggestions:

Serve with Ritz crackers, served on lettuce slices or serve as a sandwich with lettuce and slice tomato.
