
Basic Cheesecake
Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons butter, melted

5-8 ounce package cream cheese

3 tablespoons All-Purpose flour

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

21 ounces cherry pie filling

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter, press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan; bake for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla extract on medium speed until well blended.

Add eggs, one at a time; mixing on low speed just until blended.

Blend in sour cream.

Pour batter over crust and bake 65 minutes or until center is almost set.

Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.

Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling.
