Sausage Gravy & Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce can refrigerated jumbo biscuits

  • 9.6 ounce pork sausage

  • 1/4 cup All Purpose flour

  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package.  Let cool on wire rack.

  2. Cook sausage in large skillet until done, stirring frequently.

  3. Stir in flour and milk; let sausage mixture come to a boil and stir until thickens.  Add salt and pepper.

  4. Place biscuit on plate and slit in half.  Pour 1/4 cup gravy mixture over both halves of biscuits.
