Eggs In A Basket
Ingredients

2 large eggs
-
2 slices of bread (any kind)

2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Make a small hole in the middle of both slices of bread; set aside.

Melt butter in skillet on medium-high temperature.
-
Place bread in skillet to coat with melted butter.
-
Crack egg gently inside each bread hole (one egg per slice); season eggs with salt and pepper.
-
Cook eggs on one side for 1-2 minutes, without bursting the egg yolk.

Slowly turn bread over; cook for 1 minute until golden brown.
