Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
Ingredients

2-8 ounce cream cheese
-
½ cup granulated sugar
-
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs
-
20 caramel candies
-
2 tablespoons whole milk
-
½ cup pecans, chopped
-
6 ounce graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla w/mixer until well blended.

Add eggs; mix until blended.

Melt caramel with milk on low heat, stirring often unitl smooth; stir in pecans.

Pour caramel mixture into crust. Top with cream cheese batter.

Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

Cool; refrigerat 3 hours or overnight.
