Caramel Pecan Cheesecake 

Ingredients

  • 2-8 ounce cream cheese

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 20 caramel candies

  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

  • ½ cup pecans, chopped

  • 6 ounce graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. 

  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla w/mixer until well blended. 

  3. Add eggs; mix until blended. 

  4. Melt caramel with  milk on low heat, stirring often unitl smooth; stir in pecans. 

  5. Pour caramel mixture into crust.  Top with cream cheese batter.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. 

  7. Cool; refrigerat 3 hours or overnight.
