Spinach Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chive and onion cream cheese

  • 4-8 inch spinach tortillas

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach

  • 5 ounces deli turkey, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • ¾ cup julienned sweet red pepper

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese over each tortilla; Sprinkle with garlic powder.

  2. Layer each tortilla with ¾ cup spinach, turkey, cheese, red peppers.

  3. Top with remaining spinach. Drizzle with dressing.

  4. Roll up tightly jelly-roll style; wrap in plastic wrap.

  5. Refrigerate until serving.
