Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwich
Ingredients

1 package Crock Pot® BBQ Pulled Pork Mix

3 lb. boneless pork shoulder

1/2 cup ketchup
-
1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)

1/3 cup cider vinegar
-
1 small sweet onion, chopped
-
1 cup water
-
½ cup prepared coleslaw
-
6 Kaiser rolls

Directions

Place pork in slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine pulled pork packet, ketchup, brown sugar, onions and vinegar; stir until blended.

Pour over pork. Cover crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using two forks.

Return meat to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving.

Serve on rolls; top with coleslaw.
