Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 package Crock Pot® BBQ Pulled Pork Mix

  • 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)

  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar

  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ cup prepared coleslaw

  • 6 Kaiser rolls

Directions

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, combine pulled pork packet, ketchup, brown sugar, onions and vinegar; stir until blended.

  3. Pour over pork. Cover crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

  4. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using two forks.

  5. Return meat to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving. 

  6. Serve on rolls; top with coleslaw.
