Fried Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canola oil                                   

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 3 tablespoon OLD BAY seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 ½ cups plain flour

  • 2 pounds shrimp, cleaned & deveined

Directions

  1. Heat the oil to 325°.

  2. Mix eggs, old bay and milk together in medium bowl.  

  3. Dip the shrimp into the egg mixture, let excess liquid drip off

  4. Dredge the shrimp into the flour, coating the shrimp thoroughly.

  5. Cook shrimp 3-5 minutes until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.

  6. Serve with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
