Fried Shrimp
Ingredients

2 cups canola oil
-
2 eggs, beaten
-
3 tablespoon OLD BAY seasoning
-
2 tablespoons milk
-
1 ½ cups plain flour
-
2 pounds shrimp, cleaned & deveined

Directions
-
Heat the oil to 325°.
-
Mix eggs, old bay and milk together in medium bowl.
-
Dip the shrimp into the egg mixture, let excess liquid drip off
-
Dredge the shrimp into the flour, coating the shrimp thoroughly.
-
Cook shrimp 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
