Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Clean ribs and cut into 4” portions; set on a flat pan. Generously season both sides of ribs with seasoning.

  3. Line a 9x13” pan with foil (for easier clean-up) then spray with non-stick spray.  Pour vinegar and broth in pan, add onions.

  4. Place ribs in baking pan, bone-side up. Cover pan with foil and place on center rack in oven.

  5. Cook 4 1/2 hours; remove from oven and place ribs on separate flat line with foil pan to cool.

  6. Raise oven temperature to 425 degrees; brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs, making sure to coat the ribs completely.

  7. Place on baking sheet; cook ribs 5-8 minutes per side until BBQ sauce has thickened.
