Marinated Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients

​Steak Marinade:

  • 4 Rib Eye steaks

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 Adolph’s steak marinade

  • 1 1/3 cups water

  • ​

Onion & Mushroom Topping:

  • 2 large onions, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 pound of baby Bella mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon salt  

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

​Steak Marinade:

  1. Season steaks on both sides with salt; combine marinade and water in small bowl; stir to mix well.

  2. Place steak in a baking dish; pour marinade over steaks, coating them well.

  3. Let steaks set in marinade for 1 hour, turning to coat both sides.

  4. Pour charcoal in grill; light and burn coals until red hot.

  5. Spray the grill rack with PAM; place on grill.

  6. Cook steak on grill 8-10 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.

  7. Remove from grill and let steaks rest on flat pan.

Onion & Mushroom Topping:

  1. Heat butter in skillet; add onions and cook until tender.

  2. Add mushrooms; cook 10 minutes, stirring often.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; stir to mix.

  4. Cook covered on low 10 minutes. Pour atop of steak.
