
Marinated Grilled Rib Eye Steaks
Ingredients
​Steak Marinade:

4 Rib Eye steaks
-
1 teaspoon kosher salt
-
2 Adolph’s steak marinade
-
1 1/3 cups water
-

Onion & Mushroom Topping:
-
2 large onions, sliced
-
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
1 pound of baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions
​Steak Marinade:
-
Season steaks on both sides with salt; combine marinade and water in small bowl; stir to mix well.

Place steak in a baking dish; pour marinade over steaks, coating them well.

Let steaks set in marinade for 1 hour, turning to coat both sides.

Pour charcoal in grill; light and burn coals until red hot.

Spray the grill rack with PAM; place on grill.

Cook steak on grill 8-10 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.

Remove from grill and let steaks rest on flat pan.

Onion & Mushroom Topping:
-
Heat butter in skillet; add onions and cook until tender.
-
Add mushrooms; cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
-
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; stir to mix.

Cook covered on low 10 minutes. Pour atop of steak.
