Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie
Ingredients

2 large eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup All-Purpose flour
-
1/3 cup Hershey’s cocoa
-
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
-
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
-
½ cup pecans, chopped finely
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 9-inch pie plate.

Beat egg in mixer; blend in sugar and butter.

In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to egg mixture beating until blended.

Stir in morsels, nuts and vanilla. Spread batter into prepared pie plate.

Bake 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely; cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream; top with chocolate topping.
