Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ cup All-Purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup Hershey’s cocoa

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels

  • ½ cup pecans, chopped finely

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.  Grease 9-inch pie plate. 

  2. Beat egg in mixer; blend in sugar and butter. 

  3. In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to egg mixture beating until blended. 

  4. Stir in morsels, nuts and vanilla.  Spread batter into prepared pie plate. 

  5. Bake 35 minutes or until set.  Cool completely; cut into wedges.  Serve with ice cream; top with chocolate topping.
