Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients

1 pound asparagus

1 pound thinly sliced prosciutto

1 teaspoon kosher salt

4 cups water
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Align tips and trim spear to the same length.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot; add asparagus and cook until just tender 2-3 minutes depending on thickness.

Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking; drain and let dry.

Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto; season with garlic powder and black pepper.

Place asparagus on flat pan, drizzle with olive oil; cook in oven 10-12 minutes, turning frequently to cook prosciutto evenly.
