Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1½ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 large eggs
-
2/3 cups Hershey cocoa powder
-
2 cups All-Purpose flour
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
¾ teaspoons baking soda
-
½ cup pecans, chopped
-
12 ounces semi-sweet morsels

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.

In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or just until set.

Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
