Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled

1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
-
1 cup Mexican cheese, shredded

8 small flour tortillas (soft taco shells)

1/2 small red onion, sliced
-
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & sliced
Toppings:
Avocados
Chipotle Taco Sauce
Sour Cream
Lettuce
Directions
-
Heat tortillas In oven on low temperature for 10 minutes; cover with foil to keep warm in foil.

In a small bowl, add shrimp & Old Bay, stir to combine.

Melt butter in a large skillet; add shrimp and cook 5-8 minutes until done. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Pour a little chipotle sauce on taco shell, a few shrimp along with the other ingredients.

Choose your toppings and enjoy!
