Chicken & Rice Casserole
Ingredients

1 bag rice, cooked

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

10-3⁄4 ounce cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1⁄2 cup sour cream
-
1⁄2 cup whole milk
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread rice in a buttered, shallow 1-1⁄2 quart baking dish; top with chicken.

Combine soup, sour cream, milk, and half of the cheese.

Add salt and pepper; stir to combine, pour over chicken.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
