Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients

4 pounds chicken legs or whole chicken wings

2 tablespoons creole seasonings

*I like Tony's Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; line a flat pan with foil and place a wire rack on the pan, spray with PAM.

Season the chicken on both sides; arrange on wire rack. Bake chicken 45-50 minutes until done, turning at least once.

Remove chicken from rack and set aside; pour barbecue sauce into a bowl.

Brush chicken with sauce, making sure to cover chicken completely; place on a separate flat pan sprayed with PAM.

Turn oven temperature to broil; place chicken pan on middle rack.

Broil 4-5 minutes until sauce is bubbly; turn over and brush more sauce on chicken.

broil 4-5 minutes more. Remove from oven and place chicken on platter.
