
Spaghetti & Meatballs
Ingredients

1 ½ pound ground beef

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/3 cup onions, finely chopped

½ teaspoon black pepper
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon kosher salt
-
½ cup milk
-
1 egg , beaten
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
-
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

6 cups RAGU Mushroom pasta sauce
-
1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
-
1 pound spaghetti
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Cook spaghetti; drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the first 11 ingredients; shape into 20 1½-inch balls.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add meatballs, a few at a time. Cook meatballs until thoroughly done; drain the meatballs on paper towels.

Pour the pasta sauce and sweet basil in a large pot; stir to mix.

Place meatballs in sauce and simmer on low for 40 minutes; serve over spaghetti.

Sprinkle Parmesan over the pasta.
