
Juicy Homemade Burgers
Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 small onion, diced
-
1 egg, beaten
-
1 package Lipton Soup Mix
-
salt & black pepper to taste
-
4 hamburger buns*
-
4 slices cheddar
BURGER TOPPINGS:
lettuce, tomato, sliced red onions
*NOTE: the hamburger bun can be sesame seed or plain

Directions

Preheat oven to broil, 425 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion and egg; mix thoroughly.

Combine soup mix and water in a small bowl; stir to mix well.

Pour soup into burger mixture; gently stir to mix and let stand for 10 minutes.

Shape burger into 6 patties; flatten burgers slightly while shaping them.

Line a flat pan with aluminum foil; spray a rack with PAM and place on pan.

Place burgers on rack; sprinkle seasonings on both sides of burger; broil for 8-10 minutes, until done.

Serve on bun with lettuce, tomato, onion slices and other condiments.
