Lemon Cheesecake w/Fruit Toppings
Ingredients

PAM spray

4 large egg whites

¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

2-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
-
1 large egg
-
1/3 cup lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup All-Purpose flour
-
½ cup fresh raspberries, sliced
-
½ cup fresh blueberries, sliced
-
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 300°; spray bottom of 8-inch spring form pan; sprinkle crumbs on bottom of pan.

In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in milk until smooth.

Add egg whites, egg, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.

Stir in flour; pour into prepared pan.

Bake 50-55 minutes or until center is set.

Cool; chill and serve.

Spread fruit over cheesecake.
