Deluxe Brownies w/Frosting
Ingredients
Brownie Batter:

1½ cups sugar
-
1½ cups All-Purpose flour
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
-
3 eggs, beaten
-
¾ cups butter, melted
-
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting:
-
1 pound box confectioners’ sugar
-
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
¼ cup butter, softened
-
3 tablespoons hot water

Directions
Brownie Batter:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Grease a 13x9x2-inch glass pan. Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, butter, and vanilla.

Mix on low speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes; allow it to cool.

Frosting:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix on medium speed until light and fluffy, 3-5 minutes until stiffened. Cut brownies into squares; spread frosting on brownies.
