Pancake Dry Mix

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  

  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

  • 1/4 cup baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, sift the flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together; whisk thoroughly to combine.

  2. Pour dry pancake mix into a storage food container or a mason jar with a lid.

  3. The dry mix will lasts up to 3 months.
