Pancake Dry Mix
Ingredients

6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup cornstarch

1 cup confectioners sugar

1/4 cup baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons kosher salt
Directions

In a large bowl, sift the flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together; whisk thoroughly to combine.

Pour dry pancake mix into a storage food container or a mason jar with a lid.

The dry mix will lasts up to 3 months.
